2. Bookings and Payments

All grooming, daycare, boarding, and related service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the service type.
We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods specified by Pretty Paws.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the discretion of Pretty Paws and may be subject to processing fees.

4. Pet Health and Safety

Owners must ensure their pets are in good health and up to date with required vaccinations before using our services.
Pretty Paws reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or poses a risk to staff or other pets.
Any pre-existing conditions must be disclosed prior to the appointment.

5. Liability

While we take the highest level of care in handling all pets, Pretty Paws is not liable for any unforeseen health issues, injuries, or reactions that may occur during or after grooming, daycare, or boarding services, except where required by law.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Pretty Paws harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your pet’s behavior or condition.

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Pretty Paws and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
